HistoriaYouth from AKA Burgenland Represented in Landesliga Burgenland Performances
Players who developed through AKA Burgenland’s youth system continue to influence regional football, most notably within the Landesliga Burgenland. The Austrian Landesliga, including the Burgenland division, remains a critical platform for emerging talent progressing from academies like AKA Burgenland (en.wikipedia.org). Graduates of AKA Burgenland, such as Michael Preisinger and Marc Kögl, have recently earned playing time at higher levels—Preisinger debuted in Austria’s 2. Liga in May 2024, while Kögl recorded appearances in the same division during the 2023–24 season (de.wikipedia.org). The club’s developmental impact is clearly reflected in the continued progression of its alumni across the Austrian football pyramid.
