HistoriaWhere to play in Athelstone: Tennis Club and Table Tennis at Foxfield Oval Hall
Athelstone Tennis Club remains the suburb’s lawn‑tennis home base, aligned with Tennis SA and the Eastern District Tennis Association, offering community pathways for juniors and adults [1][2].For the small‑ball crowd, Athelstone Table Tennis Club operates out of Foxfield Oval Hall on Maryvale Road in Athelstone, with local club contacts available for session details [3].Extra hitting and coaching options sit close by across the northeast, with multiple programs within a short drive for players chasing more court time [4]. New and returning players can reach out via club contacts to join in [1][2][3].
