HistoriaT20 flashback: Moorabbin’s 113 chase v Ormond and 2021 Final clash with Oakleigh
Moorabbin’s white‑ball chops were on display against Ormond, where the target was 113 and the chase stayed calm with Wighy and Schlitz keeping it under control [1].In 2021, Moorabbin met Oakleigh in the T20 Final staged at D.W. Nicoll Reserve (Warrawee Park, Oakleigh), a marquee Sub‑District date between familiar rivals [2].Both fixtures sit in the club’s T20 ledger and are a reminder of Moorabbin’s steady hands in the short form—measured batting in pursuit against Ormond [1] and a grand‑final stage outing versus Oakleigh at a familiar suburban venue [2].
