HistoriaRouse Hill Rams Netball: teams, fixtures and how to get involved in the Hills
Rouse Hill Rams Netball fields junior and senior teams in the Baulkham Hills Shire Netball Association’s winter competitions, with season hubs, fixtures and ladders hosted on PlayHQ [2][3].The netball arm sits within the Rouse Hill RAMS Sports Club — a community multi-sport outfit in the Hills that has grown since its formation in 2005 and incorporation in 2006, alongside football, cricket, little athletics, touch football and softball [4][5].Registration dates, team info and contacts are published on the Rams Netball website, with regular updates on social channels [1][6].For players and parents, the club’s PlayHQ portal provides team lists and weekly draws — for example, the Rams 14 page in the 2026 winter competition [2][3].
