HistoriaEuropean Historical Fencing Championship Highlights Belgian Success
The latest notable development with relevance to Schermclub Parcival Leuven comes from the inaugural European Historical Fencing Championships held in Kalundborg, Denmark, where several Belgian athletes secured podium finishes. Competitors from Belgium, including Lander Ramboer and Filip Goossens, achieved medals in Sword and Buckler, Long Sword and other categories (eurofencing.info). These accomplishments reflect the broader strength of Belgian fencing, a context in which Schermclub Parcival Leuven operates as part of the country’s established fencing community. The club continues its regular activities in foil, sabre and épée in Leuven, maintaining its regional presence (schermclubparcival.be).
