3. How to Identify the Contracting EntityThe applicable contracting entity is identified before you accept a contract or commit to a purchase and is recorded consistently in the confirmation and invoice/receipt. A later invoice cannot select or change that entity.If no different entity is identified for that interaction, the default contracting entity is Loqzone LLC, except that Custom Sponsorship requires an expressly named seller before commitment.For each Custom Sponsorship Order, one Selling Loqzone Entity is identified before purchase and consistently on the accepted Order and invoice. That entity sells to Sponsor and separately contracts with the identified Rights Holder as supplier. A later invoice or payout communication cannot select or change the contracting entity. The supplier contract identifies its Loqzone counterparty before package publication.The payment processor is not the sponsorship seller. The applicable Loqzone entities are not jointly named as seller merely because both appear in this notice. Data-controller roles are identified separately in the Privacy Policy and applicable collection notice.
