1. Who Loqzone IsThe Platform is operated by Loqzone LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, United States.For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR, Loqzone LLC is the default data controller for personal data processed to operate and secure the Platform, unless a different Loqzone entity is expressly identified as the controller for a particular service, relationship, or legal requirement.Where Loqzone independently determines the purposes and essential means of incorporating Authorized Sports-Source Data into the Loqzone Sports Graph, Sports Memory, factual sporting content, or Loqzone-controlled discovery services, Loqzone may act as an independent controller for that processing.This Notice does not predetermine the controller, processor, joint-controller, or other data-protection role of any federation, league, governing body, competition organizer, club, sports organization, sports-data provider, technology provider, or other source. Those roles depend on the applicable agreement, processing context, and legal analysis.Privacy Contact: privacy@loqzone.comEU Contact: EU users may contact privacy@loqzone.com for privacy and data protection requests.

AI-generated text, audio and other presentations do not replace those sources or establish new sporting facts.Loqzone may retain provenance, source event IDs, verification status, correction history, and version history to support accuracy, source integrity, auditability, and correction workflows. Loqzone may connect the same verified event to relevant club, team, season, competition, or historical surfaces.
6. Lawful BasesWhere GDPR applies, Loqzone must have an applicable lawful basis for personal-data processing. Depending on the context, potential lawful bases may include:
- Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interests,

- legal obligation,
- consent where required,
- other lawful bases permitted by applicable law.

Such safeguards may include making this Notice publicly available and providing additional source, correction, objection, or privacy information through relevant Loqzone surfaces.Public availability of this Notice does not by itself eliminate an individual transparency obligation where applicable law requires Loqzone to provide information directly to the data subject.Where required by Article 14, Loqzone will also provide information about the source from which the relevant personal data originated and, where applicable, whether the information originated from a publicly accessible source.
8. Youth / Minor Data PolicyFor participants under 18, Loqzone applies heightened safeguards and a narrow public-use policy.For participants under 18, Loqzone may display the participant’s name solely in the context of factual reporting of an official or verified sporting event where necessary to attribute a verified goal or assist, subject to applicable law, contractual rights, and Loqzone’s privacy controls.Under this default policy:
- Loqzone does not create public individual profiles for minors from Authorized Sports-Source Data,

- youth information must come from an authorized and verified sports source,
- Loqzone does not infer missing youth-player facts from unrelated sources.

- not create or function as a standalone public individual minor profile, statistical dossier, or career record;
- not include player rankings, ratings, scouting assessments, valuations, predictions, or qualitative assessments;
- not infer unsupported characteristics or missing facts; and
- remain subject to applicable law, contractual rights, jurisdiction-specific restrictions, privacy controls, and any relevant legitimate-interest assessment.

- legitimate-interest assessment where relevant,
- risk to the individual.
11. Search Engine IndexingPublic availability and search-engine indexing are separate decisions.Some public sporting information may be indexable. Some public information may be configured as noindex where appropriate. Loqzone may restrict indexing based on age, privacy classification, jurisdiction, data category, source rights, or other legal and product controls.Loqzone cannot guarantee removal from third-party caches, indexes, archives, or copies outside Loqzone’s control.
12. Data Sharing and RecipientsLoqzone may process or share Authorized Sports-Source Data and related personal data with categories of recipients such as:

13. Controller / Processor RolesData-protection roles depend on the actual processing relationship.A federation, league, governing body, competition organizer, club, or sports organization may be an independent controller for its original competition or data system. A technology or data provider may act as a processor, subprocessor, independent controller, or other role depending on its arrangement.Loqzone may act as an independent controller for Loqzone-controlled Sports Graph, Sports Memory, factual publication, and discovery purposes where Loqzone independently determines the purposes and essential means of that processing.Joint controllership may exist only where purposes and essential means are genuinely jointly determined.For information about the source and applicable data-protection roles for a particular sporting record, contact privacy@loqzone.com. Any applicable source-specific notice provides additional details.

- non-personal sporting or event data, and
- identifiable personal data.

- correction,
- erasure,
- restriction,
- objection,
- portability where applicable,
- withdrawal of consent where consent is relied upon,

- access controls,
- logging and monitoring,
- least-privilege access practices,
- secure infrastructure providers,
- incident response processes.
20. Jurisdiction-Specific RulesSports-data, youth-data, publication, and indexing rules can differ by country.A publication decision permissible in one jurisdiction may not be permissible elsewhere. Loqzone may apply jurisdiction-specific privacy rules, field restrictions, publication restrictions, and indexing rules depending on applicable law, participant age, competition type, source rights, and risk.
21. Contractual Rights vs Privacy RightsContractual rights, GDPR lawful basis, publication rights, indexing rights, and AI-use permissions are separate issues.A source may contractually authorize Loqzone to receive or use information, but Loqzone must still have an applicable legal basis and comply with privacy law where personal data is involved.Conversely, having a potential GDPR lawful basis does not itself grant intellectual-property, database, media, access, contractual, or other rights to receive, ingest, republish, index, commercialize, or otherwise use source information.
22. No Automatic Rights from Public AvailabilityInformation being publicly visible elsewhere does not automatically give Loqzone unrestricted rights to ingest, republish, index, commercialize, or use it for AI-generated content.Loqzone applies source, rights, privacy, and legal review controls before determining whether and how Authorized Sports-Source Data may be processed, displayed, indexed, or used.
