Baysox Suffer High-Scoring Loss to SeaWolves
The Chesapeake Baysox, the Double‑A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles, relinquished a early 7‑1 lead in a 13‑8 loss to the Erie SeaWolves on Wednesday, April 8, 2026. Chesapeake seized the lead with a four-run first inning and consecutive homers in the second by Griff O’Ferrall and Anderson De Los Santos, the latter delivering his second and third RBIs of the game. Despite the explosive start, the offense could not maintain momentum, allowing Erie to rally and ultimately prevail in the Eastern League contest. The club now holds a 2‑3 record following the high‑scoring matchup.
