Bloomfield Baseball and Softball Scene Updates Facilities
Evans Bros. Barrels and Leather remains part of Bloomfield’s vibrant baseball and softball community as local sports infrastructure continues to evolve. Recent developments in Bloomfield include upgrades to the highly utilized D‑BAT indoor training facility on Douglass Street, offering automatic batting cages servicing both baseball and softball players at variable pitch speeds, alongside membership-based camps and clinics (ctpost.com). These enhancements align with the community’s emphasis on skill development and accessible training venues, which could benefit athletes affiliated with Evans Bros. Barrels and Leather. The club may leverage these facilities for supplemental practice opportunities and team growth.
