Calabasas-based Chicago Cubs Scout Team fields UpperClass and UnderClass squads
Based in Calabasas, the Chicago Cubs Scout Team runs UpperClass and UnderClass squads designed to showcase SoCal high school talent for college programs and pro evaluators [1][2]. The club lists active rosters and a rolling schedule on its site as the scout-ball calendar takes shape through the summer and fall windows [2][3].The organization’s local footprint is long-standing, with staff and team pages anchored to Calabasas on its LeagueLineup hub, reinforcing the program’s community base and continuity [4][6]. Tournament registration and roster history on USSSA further underline regular competition across the circuit [7]. And the slate is visible beyond box scores, with game clips and showcase highlights circulating on external channels throughout the season [8].
