DGA Mount Royal offers indoor baseball and softball training under one roof
Dynamic Gymnastics Academy (DGA) is operating a gymnastics center and an indoor baseball and softball training space under one roof at 5 Mantua Road in Mount Royal. [1]The academy lists baseball/softball among its sports-and-agility offerings with trainers available, alongside speed and agility work and birthday-party options. [1][2]Professional coaches are certified, and programming emphasizes safety and fun. The wider slate—preschool-through-adult gymnastics, cheer tumbling, ballet workouts, self‑defense, parents’ nights out, and camps—adds useful cross‑training paths for local ballplayers. [1]
