Meridian Youth Baseball & Softball: Registration, divisions and home fields for local families
Meridian Youth Baseball & Softball (MYBS) anchors the city’s grassroots diamond scene with recreational divisions from T‑Ball, Coach Pitch and Machine Pitch through age‑graded Single A to Triple A, plus Select and All‑Star opportunities [1][2]. Registration opens ahead of spring and fall slates, with fees posted by division and player assessments and drafts used in the older groups [1][2].The program is volunteer‑run and requires background checks for adults working with players, keeping the focus on safe, positive development [2]. Games and practices are scheduled on Meridian parks and school fields, with week‑to‑week updates, photo highlights and reminders pushed through the league site and social channels [1][4]. Families new to the circuit can find contacts, FAQs, policies and field information in the league’s About section, along with basic location details on local listings [2][3].
