Pelicans Open 2026 Season with Stunning Victory
The Myrtle Beach Pelicans opened their 2026 campaign with a commanding 14‑0 victory over the Charleston RiverDogs, as the game was called in the middle of the eighth inning due to rain. Several Cubs prospects, including Dominick Reid, Jackson Brockett, Cole Mathis and Josiah Hartshorn, delivered standout performances in the dominant win.
