Sally Little League

Sally Little League’s baseball and softball fields at Shirley B. Winston Park in Columbus, Georgia, have been restored following last year’s drainage challenges. The league conducted a field refurbishment, including regrading the infield and adding new tarps, to mitigate pooling and improve playability. As a result, Sally Little League will commence its opening day on March 15, showcasing the upgraded facilities for the spring season. President Chris Smith noted the league is in a much stronger position compared to the previous year thanks to these enhancements. The improvements are anticipated to provide a more reliable schedule and playing experience for participants.
