Sharks Split Doubleheader, Rally in Extras for Fans at The Shark Tank
Hey Sharks fans! We’re excited to share that your Wilmington Sharks fought hard at home, earning a split in a thrilling doubleheader on July 16, 2025. In Game 1, the Holly Springs Salamanders struck late with a two-run single, handing us a narrow 2–1 loss. But spirits stayed high—and in Game 2, we came roaring back with a tight 1–0 victory, thanks to Mykanthony Valdez’s timely single and Danny Witters scoring the lone run. That’s the Shark Tank resilience our fans love! Keep rowing with us—summer nights just got a little brighter. Go Sharks!
