South Plainfield Tigers Pop Warner football and cheer anchor the town’s youth pipeline
The South Plainfield Tigers operate youth football and cheer teams under the Pop Warner banner, fielding multiple age‑group squads in town [1][2]. Families follow sign‑ups, schedules, and updates through the club portal and the South Plainfield Football Tigers page [2][4].The program supports its youngsters in the classroom as well, offering a scholarship application for participants [3]. The organization is registered as a nonprofit community club, underscoring its local, volunteer‑driven roots [5]. Around town, the youth sides are known simply as the Tigers, a staple of weekend fields and fall nights in South Plainfield [1][4].
