PričaRegional Tennis Activity Highlights Calabria’s Competitive Season
A.S. DILETTANTISTICA TENNIS CLUB is situated in Praia A Mare and serves the local tennis community in the province of Cosenza (circolitennis.com). While there are no club-specific media updates in the current news cycle, regional racquet sports shine with notable developments: Calabria recently hosted the second edition of the Calabria Cup, a multi-discipline event including tennis, padel, and pickleball, held at Chiappetta Sport Village in Rende on December 13–14, 2025 (ilreggino.it). Additionally, the region welcomed high-level competition with the inaugural Internazionali di Calabria, a WTA 125 tournament held from September 29 to October 5, 2025, also at Rende, featuring top international players and a prize pool of US $115,000 (en.wikipedia.org). These events underscore a robust racquet sports environment in which A.S. DILETTANTISTICA TENNIS CLUB operates.
