PričaRacquet Sports Activity Intensifies in Iași Ahead of Iasi Open 2026
With the 2026 tennis season approaching, racquet sports activity in Iași is gaining momentum. “Racket Fusion,” a local platform organizing tennis competitions across various levels, continues to schedule events and league seasons, including a recent local league running from May 5 to June 15, 2025, at CORECO Iași (racket-fusion.com). Meanwhile, the city is preparing to host two major international tournaments: the Concord Iași Open (ATP Challenger Tour) from July 5 to July 12, 2026, and the UniCredit Iași Open WTA 250 from July 12 to July 19, 2026, both at the Ciric Sports Base (iasiopen.com). ASOCIATIA CLUB SPORTIV PERFORMER IASI remains part of this active racquet sports ecosystem, with its regional relevance rooted in Iași’s growing tennis scene and the uptick in organized competition.
