PričaRegional Golf Activity Highlights for Bute Golf Club Area
Bute Golf Club, situated on the Isle of Bute, maintains an active fixture list that reflects its role in local competition. In early May, the club’s programme included a “Nine‑hole Medal: Scottish Golf 9‑Hole Challenge” on May 3, followed by additional Nine‑hole Medal events and an “Unleash Your Drive Competition” on May 9, the latter supporting The Golf Foundation with a minimum £5 donation (butegolfclub.com). This continued schedule underlines the club’s engagement with grassroots golf and community initiatives in the region. Meanwhile, broader developments in Australian golf include Golf Australia confirming that the NSW Senior Open will return to Thurgoona Golf and Country Club Resort in the Murray River region from October 30 to November 1, 2026 (golfaustralia.com.au).
