PričaSouth Korea’s Martial Arts Community Embraces AI Innovation
The Korean Society of Martial Arts, in collaboration with the Taekwondo Promotion Foundation, convened a fall academic conference on December 5, 2025, at Taekwondowon. Approximately 150 attendees gathered to explore the integration of artificial intelligence into Taekwondo and broader martial arts practices. Presentations included “Adding artificial intelligence to taekwondo” by Choi Jung‑gu, CEO of AI Taekwondo, and “AI singularity and virtual taekwondo” by Jeong Jun‑yong, executive director of the Korea Virtual Sports Association. The event underscored a growing trend toward blending tradition with cutting‑edge technology in South Korea’s martial arts sector. Though no recent news directly involves 용인대다산유도관, developments of this nature are likely to influence regional clubs in Gyeonggi‑do, where the club operates.
