PričaColwyn Netball Club: community-led since 1978 with four squads in North West Wales
Founded in 1978 and based in Old Colwyn/Colwyn Bay, the club is run by a volunteer committee with backing from players, parents and friends. [1]Four competitive squads represent the club in the North West Wales Netball League, with regular Wednesday training keeping sessions sharp and an adult league on Mondays providing extra game time through the week. [1]The door is open for new players, with the club’s community kept up to date and welcomed in through active Facebook and Instagram channels. [2][3]For 2023/24, Colwyn Netball Club also featured in Wales’ National League, signalling a pathway for local talent to test itself at a higher level. [1]
