PričaFalcon Crest Golf Club Nears Semi‑Private Transition Amid Valor Development
Falcon Crest GC in Kuna, Idaho is entering a new phase as part of the surrounding Valor master‑planned community. The club, currently a public 36‑hole facility, is beginning a transition toward semi‑private status, with plans to reserve membership access for Valor residents while retaining some public play options (clubandresortbusiness.com). The development includes investments in club amenities such as paved cart paths, bunker renovations, and enhanced practice facilities, aimed at supporting both existing players and future members (idahostatesman.com). This shift positions Falcon Crest GC to evolve its access model while aligning with regional growth and community development trends.
