PričaChile Hosts Major Martial Arts Development Program
The World Boxing Association’s “WBA Future” initiative made a mark in Chile on February 14, 2026, when the Team Barrio Franklin Gym in Santiago hosted a key installment of the development-focused program. The platform aims to identify and advance emerging talent within both professional and amateur boxing, offering athletes structured competition, official record keeping, and evaluations by WBA officials (fightnews.com).Though not directly connected to Strike Box Original in Concepción, the event underscores a broader momentum in Chile’s combat sports landscape. Such national-level initiatives are likely to influence regional gyms and clubs, including Strike Box Original, by enhancing competitive pathways and exposure for martial arts practitioners throughout the country.
