Version: 2.3Last Updated: 2026-09-16
This version applies to new purchases accepted under it. Earlier purchases retain their accepted terms, including the prior Sponsor Pack terms effective 2026-08-20.Custom Sponsorship terms: Section 18 applies to Custom Orders accepted under this version. Existing purchases retain their accepted terms. This Sponsorship Agreement ("Agreement") is between the purchasing business or organization ("Sponsor") and the applicable Loqzone contracting entity ("Loqzone", "we", "us").Which terms apply: Sections 1–17 govern Existing Sponsor Packs. Section 18 governs Custom Sponsorship Packages and incorporates only the consistent general provisions identified there. Pack-only rules on digital delivery, club approval, fees and final sales do not govern Custom Orders. For Existing Sponsor Packs, the contracting entity is identified before Sponsor accepts or pays and consistently on the confirmation and invoice; unless a different entity is identified before commitment, it is Loqzone LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, United States. For Custom Orders, exactly one Selling Loqzone Entity must be expressly identified before Sponsor commits under Section 18.2. A later invoice cannot select or change the seller for either product.By clicking “Buy Sponsorship” or the equivalent purchase acceptance identifying this Agreement, Sponsor accepts the applicable terms.Previous versions: 2026-08-20
Existing Sponsor Packs — Sections 1–17
1. Role of Loqzone (Merchant of Record)Loqzone acts as the merchant of record and principal seller of Loqzone-created or Loqzone-provided digital sponsorship and promotional services offered through the Platform.Clubs and athletes whose profiles are associated with sponsorship placements:
  • license branding, content, identity, and promotional rights to Loqzone, and
  • are not parties to this Agreement and are not the direct seller to Sponsor.
Sponsor acknowledges that Loqzone controls the sale, pricing, billing, and delivery of sponsorship services.
2. Digital Services; Delivery2.1 Digital Services Delivered ElectronicallySponsorship services are digital services delivered electronically.Performance begins immediately upon payment confirmation, unless the Platform expressly states otherwise.
3. Nature of the Sponsorship (Non-Investment)The sponsorship is a digital advertising and promotional service, which may include:
  • digital brand placement,
  • visibility within Platform surfaces (feeds, maps, profiles, items),
  • fan engagement and discovery features.
The sponsorship is not:
  • a donation,
  • an investment,
  • a security,
  • a revenue- or profit-sharing arrangement.
No ownership, equity, governance, or control rights are granted.
4. No GuaranteesSponsor acknowledges that:
  • reach, impressions, engagement, conversions, sales, and outcomes are not guaranteed,
  • any metrics displayed are descriptive only, not predictive,
  • results depend on user behavior and Platform mechanics.
Loqzone does not guarantee commercial outcomes. This does not excuse delivery of the placements, quantities or other services expressly purchased.
5. Sponsor Obligations & LiabilitySponsor represents and warrants that it:
  • has full authority to purchase sponsorship services,
  • will not submit unlawful, misleading, deceptive, prohibited, infringing, or brand-unsafe content,
  • is solely responsible for the truthfulness, legality, and substantiation of its claims, offers, promotions, and calls to action,
  • is responsible for having the necessary rights to any submitted text, logos, images, trademarks, and other creative materials,
  • complies with applicable advertising and marketing laws,
  • complies with financial promotion regulations where applicable.
Sponsor remains solely responsible for all representations made in its promotional content.Loqzone may manually review Sponsor content at launch and may approve, reject, pause, remove, disable, or restrict Sponsor content or sponsorship delivery at any time, including for legal, regulatory, policy, operational, trust, safety, or brand reasons.Platform review, acceptance, or prior publication does not shift Sponsor responsibility to Loqzone and does not mean Loqzone endorses Sponsor or Sponsor claims.Loqzone is not required to publish or continue publishing any Sponsor content.Club Approval: Where the Platform requires it, sponsor placements tied to a Verified club or athlete profile may require acceptance by the verified profile controller. A verified profile controller may accept or reject a sponsorship request or placement under Platform rules. Rejection does not create liability for the club or athlete to the Sponsor. If rejected before delivery, the sponsorship value may be returned to the Sponsor as in-Platform credit for reassignment within the Platform under Platform rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Club / Athlete Participation; Eligibility6.1 Eligibility and Status GatingSponsorship activation and sponsor placements are available only for profiles that are Verified under the Platform’s verification process.Unclaimed, Claimed (Pending Verification), Restricted, or Suspended profiles are not eligible for sponsorship activation or commercial exposure.6.2 Club / Athlete RelationshipThe club or athlete associated with a sponsorship:
  • licenses branding, content, identity, and promotional rights to Loqzone for the purpose of delivering Platform services, and
  • does not enter into a direct contractual relationship with Sponsor.
Sponsor acknowledges that Loqzone does not control the independent conduct of clubs or athletes outside the Platform.6.3 Sponsorship Delivery Mechanics (No Guarantee)Sponsorship services may include, as made available in the Platform, digital placements, coupon-based promotions, and other promotional delivery mechanics controlled by the Platform.Sponsor acknowledges that these are promotional mechanics and do not create performance guarantees or financial entitlements.Any in-Platform visibility or engagement effects remain internal Platform mechanics and do not create financial entitlements, transferable value, or sponsor ownership of such mechanics.
7. Sponsorship Economics Clarification (Separate Monetization Rail)Sponsorship services sold under this Agreement are a separate monetization product line.Platform fee (Loqzone): Loqzone retains a fixed 10% sponsorship platform fee directly for Loqzone, calculated on the Sponsor purchase price (before any downstream allocation under Platform rules). Not governed by collectible economics: Sponsorship purchases are not governed by any collectible/digital-item primary-sale stage split rules and are not subject to secondary resale royalty rules.Any club/athlete-side sponsorship participation or downstream allocation (if any) is governed by applicable Platform rules and/or the Club / Athlete Monetization & Payout Addendum.
8. Payments, Refunds, Chargebacks, and Fraud8.1 PaymentsPayments are processed via independent third-party payment providers.Loqzone:
  • does not provide escrow or custodial services,
  • receives payment for its own sponsorship services rather than holding funds in trust for a club or athlete,
  • does not control payment processor delays, reversals or compliance actions; those events do not remove Loqzone's own delivery, refund or other contractual obligations.
8.2 Refunds (Except Where Required by Law)Existing Sponsor Packs are final and non-refundable for a change of mind, subject to mandatory law and the following exceptions:
  • Club rejection before activation: the approval and reassignment-credit rule in Section 5 applies.
  • Sponsor creative rejected and not corrected: if the campaign is paused after the stated five-business-day revision period, unstarted campaigns receive a full refund; started campaigns receive a proportional refund for remaining scheduled placements; completed delivery is not refunded on this ground.
  • Loqzone non-delivery: Loqzone will offer timely cure or an agreed replacement. If neither supplies the affected value, Loqzone will refund that undelivered value. Credit requires Sponsor agreement.
These rules apply to purchases accepted under this version and do not reduce rights attached to earlier purchases.8.3 Chargebacks; Disputes; ReversalsIf a payment is reversed, disputed, or charged back, Loqzone may:
  • suspend, modify, restrict, or revoke sponsorship delivery,
  • reverse or withhold revenue allocations,
  • suspend or terminate accounts,
  • recover fraud-related losses and chargeback-related fees to the extent permitted by law.
9. Sanctions & Export ControlSponsor may not purchase or use the Platform if:
  • Sponsor is an individual or entity subject to U.S., EU, or other applicable sanctions,
  • Sponsor is located in an embargoed or comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction,
  • Sponsor is listed on OFAC or EU sanctions lists, or equivalent restricted party lists.
Loqzone may refuse service and restrict access where required for compliance.
10. Intellectual PropertyEach party retains ownership of its respective intellectual property.Sponsor grants Loqzone a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display Sponsor branding solely for the duration and purpose of the sponsorship. No other rights are granted or implied.
11. Technical Limitations; Wallet / Blockchain Features (Where Available)Sponsor acknowledges that:
  • certain visibility or placement features may involve technical infrastructure that may change over time,
  • the Platform may support non-custodial wallets provided by independent third-party wallet providers (including providers such as MetaKeep where made available), and
  • any blockchain-based features, where enabled, may involve smart contracts and public networks.
Loqzone does not custody assets and does not control transaction execution, availability, or finality where transactions occur directly between users.Loqzone makes no warranties regarding third-party wallet availability or blockchain network performance.
12. Force MajeureThe Master Terms' force-majeure rule applies. A qualifying event excuses only affected performance and does not automatically permit retention of payment for undelivered sponsorship. Section 8.2 governs remedies for affected undelivered value.
13. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • Loqzone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
  • Loqzone’s total liability arising from this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by Sponsor for the applicable sponsorship.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or other liability or mandatory remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. No refund is conditional on supplier recovery, and there is no double recovery for the same loss. This cap does not bind third parties or restrict regulatory powers.
14. IndemnificationSponsor indemnifies Loqzone against third-party claims, including reasonable defence costs, to the extent caused by Sponsor's breach, unlawful or misleading advertising, or infringement through Sponsor-supplied materials. This does not transfer responsibility for Loqzone's or its supplier's own fault.Loqzone must give prompt notice, mitigate loss, permit reasonable participation in the defence and obtain Sponsor's consent before a settlement imposes obligations or admissions on Sponsor. No party may recover twice for the same loss.
15. Governing LawThis Agreement is governed by the laws specified in Loqzone’s Terms & Conditions, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.Mandatory consumer protections apply where required by law.
16. Entire AgreementFor Existing Sponsor Packs, this Agreement, the accepted package description and purchase confirmation, and the incorporated Master Terms and Refund Policy form the contract. The accepted package records the purchased scope, quantities, price and duration. This Agreement controls sponsorship legal rules; the package controls those transaction details. Later page edits do not change an accepted purchase without valid agreement or a mandatory legal requirement. These documents supersede prior discussions but do not exclude liability for fraud or mandatory rights. Custom Orders follow Section 18.18.
17. Electronic AcceptanceSponsor accepts through a purchase or terms-acceptance action that clearly identifies this Agreement and the purchased package. Loqzone retains the accepted text, version, accepting representative and timestamp. Operational status updates are not contractual acceptance or amendments.
Custom Sponsorship Packages — Section 18
18. Custom Sponsorship Packages18.1 Scope and eligibilityA Custom Sponsorship Package is a package of sponsorship rights and services proposed by a verified Rights Holder and offered for sale by Loqzone. A Rights Holder may be a club, legally eligible adult athlete, event/race organizer, federation, association or other sports rights supplier identified in the Order.Custom purchases are for business, professional or organizational purposes, not personal consumer use. The purchaser must have authority to bind the named Sponsor. Individual athlete monetization is adult-only under this framework. Mandatory rights that apply despite these eligibility requirements are not excluded.Existing Sponsor Pack prices, coupons, waves, XP mechanics and accepted purchases are not changed by this Section. Custom Sponsorship is separate from collectibles and user-to-user secondary transactions. Race-entry fees are not Custom sponsorship inventory.18.2 One seller and separate supplierThe Sponsorship Order ("Order") identifies one Selling Loqzone Entity, either LOQZONE d.o.o. or Loqzone LLC, and one Rights Holder / Fulfilment Partner. The identified Loqzone entity sells the complete agreed package to Sponsor and separately obtains rights and fulfilment services from the Rights Holder under its supplier agreement.Sponsor's contract and remedies for the package are against the Selling Loqzone Entity. Assignment of an item to the Rights Holder identifies its performer; it does not remove Loqzone's contractual responsibility to Sponsor for that item. Loqzone is not responsible for unrelated independent conduct outside the agreed package.Payment to Loqzone is payment of its own sale receivable. The Rights Holder has a separate contractual claim against Loqzone under the supplier agreement, not ownership of earmarked Sponsor receipts. This arrangement does not provide an escrow, customer wallet or custody service. The timing and processor disclaimers in Section 8.1 do not displace Loqzone's obligations under this Section.18.3 Order formation and purchased snapshotA package listing does not itself bind Sponsor. Before purchase, Sponsor must receive the seller's identity, the package terms, price/taxes, additional-cost treatment and applicable legal terms. An Order forms when Loqzone confirms acceptance following successful payment confirmation and inventory availability verification. A payment acknowledgment alone is not order acceptance. If payment is taken but no Order is accepted, Loqzone will promptly return that payment.Loqzone must secure the corresponding supplier commitment before or when accepting the Order. A Rights Holder does not have an unrestricted post-purchase rejection right. The Existing Sponsor Pack approval/credit mechanism in Section 5 does not apply to Custom Orders. The Order records its ID; package ID/version/name; legal parties; price/currency/tax treatment; event/edition/location and dates; items, quantities, performers and delivery windows; Sponsor Inputs; exclusivity; costs; cancellation/rescheduling terms; payment reference; and accepted document versions/timestamps.The purchased package and accepted terms are preserved. Later listing edits affect future sales only. Agreed corrections and changes are linked to the original Order without overwriting it. Supplier commercial records may be kept separately and need not be disclosed to Sponsor.18.4 Deliverables and Sponsor InputsThe Order distinguishes:
  • Loqzone Deliverables: services performed or procured directly by Loqzone, including agreed digital placements, graphics, recaps or supported publishing.
  • Rights Holder Deliverables: rights/services supplied by the Rights Holder to Loqzone, including agreed physical, event, website or social inventory.
  • Sponsor Inputs: Sponsor's required assets, products, approvals or access. These are dependencies, not services sold to Sponsor.
Creators may select approved Loqzone services; nonstandard Loqzone commitments require Loqzone approval before sale. Free-text creator statements or AI drafts do not independently impose obligations on Loqzone.Custom performance follows the Order's schedule, rather than automatically beginning in full immediately after payment. Each party must provide reasonable cooperation and notify Loqzone promptly of a material delivery problem.18.5 Rights, availability and exclusivityLoqzone must obtain from the Rights Holder the rights and approvals needed to supply the Order, including authority to offer the inventory, applicable venue/event/federation permissions, and confirmation that the inventory does not conflict with existing commitments.Verified profile status alone is not proof of every inventory right. Naming rights, category exclusivity, territory, channels and duration exist only to the extent expressly specified in the Order. No general exclusivity or implied endorsement is granted. If inventory is unavailable or unauthorized, Loqzone must address the affected Order under Section 18.12. Removing a listing does not cancel obligations under a purchased Order.18.6 Sponsor deadlines and dependenciesSponsor must supply the specified materials, quantities, formats, approvals and access by the Order's deadlines and must have the necessary rights to them.To the extent Sponsor's failure causes delay or prevents an affected item, that resulting failure is not a breach by Loqzone or the affected performer. Loqzone will notify Sponsor of the impact and take reasonable mitigation steps. Affected deadlines may reasonably extend where practicable; unaffected obligations remain due.A fixed event or printing cut-off may make later delivery impossible. The Order must disclose relevant cut-offs and consequences. Sponsor cannot claim a remedy for loss caused by its own failure, but there is no automatic forfeiture of the whole package price. Additional costs require Sponsor's authorization. Silence is not approval of a material change.18.7 Physical fulfilment and production costsLoqzone does not itself manufacture, ship, install or staff physical items unless the Order expressly assigns that work to Loqzone. The Rights Holder performs its assigned work as Loqzone's supplier, including its vendors, required permissions, venue access, safe installation and removal where applicable. Sponsor's package remedies remain against Loqzone.Unless expressly included in the Order, pricing excludes production, manufacturing, printing, installation, shipping, customs, staffing and other third-party physical fulfilment costs. Before purchase, the Order must identify required additional work, who arranges and pays for it, and its agreed price, approved budget or calculation basis. An express included deliverable takes precedence over the general exclusion. No additional charge may be incurred for Sponsor without authorization. Excluded costs cannot silently turn an advertised complete deliverable into placement rights only.18.8 Price, taxes and invoicingThe Order states the sponsorship price, currency, applicable taxes, separately itemized costs and total payable. "Net Sponsorship Price" excludes VAT/sales/use taxes and expressly separately itemized production, shipping, customs and approved pass-through expenses. Excluding a cost from that definition does not make it tax-exempt.Loqzone invoices Sponsor for the full supply. The separate supplier price and Loqzone's retained margin are governed by the Rights Holder agreement and do not create an additional 10% charge to Sponsor. Supplier payment or recovery does not condition Sponsor's remedies.18.9 Delivery versus commercial resultsLoqzone must supply the agreed deliverables. Unless a specific metric is expressly promised in the Order, neither Loqzone nor the Rights Holder guarantees impressions, audience size, reach, traffic, engagement, conversions, sales, revenue or ROI.Reporting describes available results and does not create an additional guarantee. Sections 4 and 6.3 do not excuse failure to provide a sold placement, quantity or expressly committed metric.18.10 Operational checklistThe campaign checklist is an operational coordination record. A status update records the identified user's or system's report at that time. It does not by itself amend the Order, conclusively establish performance, constitute another party's acceptance or waive any right or remedy.Checklist history may be considered with other evidence. Routine evidence uploads are not required, but reasonable supporting information may be requested for a dispute. A completion mark alone does not authorize payout or create a contractual claims deadline.18.11 Agreed substitutions and changesSponsor and Loqzone may agree reasonably comparable substitute inventory or other changes in writing, including explicit email or platform-message confirmation by authorized representatives. Where supplier obligations change, Loqzone must also obtain the Rights Holder's agreement. The record must identify the affected original item, replacement scope/quantity, timing, price or tax changes and any agreed remedy effect. Loqzone retains the agreement and approval timestamps with the original Order. No party may unilaterally reduce the agreed value.A unilateral checklist note or completion mark is not an amendment. Direct operational coordination between Sponsor and Rights Holder does not amend Loqzone's obligations without Loqzone's agreement. Any legally required special form must still be followed.18.12 Non-delivery and remediesSponsor should notify Loqzone promptly of an issue with the Order reference and available details. Delay in reporting does not automatically waive a claim, but avoidable additional loss may be considered under applicable law.For Loqzone or Rights Holder non-delivery, Loqzone will offer a reasonable opportunity for cure or agreed replacement where it remains useful within the campaign. Sponsor need not accept a cure that cannot reasonably achieve the affected purpose. If effective cure or an agreed substitute is unavailable, Loqzone will provide a proportionate refund for undelivered value. Credit requires Sponsor's agreement. A material failure substantially defeating the package's purpose may justify cancellation and a broader refund, taking account of any delivered value that remains reasonably useful.Relative value is assessed reasonably using scope, quantity, prominence, duration, exclusivity and campaign purpose, not equal division by checklist count. Marking an item "standard" does not remove remedies.Section 8.2's general non-refundable rule does not override these remedies. Loqzone cannot condition Sponsor's refund on recovering money from the Rights Holder. Refunds, credits and chargebacks must be reconciled to prevent duplicate recovery for the same amount.18.13 Cancellation, postponement and force majeureThe Order specifies the event dates and acceptable rescheduling window. A postponement normally carries affected sponsorship to a substantially comparable rescheduled event within that window. A material change or postponement outside it requires an agreed solution or the remedies for affected undelivered value. If no window was stated, Sponsor is not required to accept an indefinite postponement.Cancellation, venue changes, shortened or abandoned events are assessed by their impact on the purchased inventory. Already delivered digital work is not automatically refundable, but Loqzone may retain only its reasonably attributable value, subject to material failure under Section 18.12.Sponsor cancellation is governed by the cancellation terms disclosed before purchase. In the absence of a specific cancellation schedule, Loqzone may retain reasonably attributable delivered value and authorized, reasonably incurred nonrecoverable costs, to the extent lawful, without double counting and subject to reasonable mitigation.Force majeure requires circumstances beyond reasonable control, prompt notice and reasonable mitigation. Ordinary supplier default, insufficient funds or avoidable technical failure is not automatically force majeure. Relief applies only to affected performance. Neither Section 12 nor force majeure automatically permits retention of payment for undelivered value; the cancellation and refund rules continue to apply.18.14 Content, licences and disclosuresSponsor remains responsible for its supplied materials and claims under Section 5. Loqzone remains responsible for its own conduct and applicable legal duties; Sponsor approval does not excuse unlawful content created or distributed by Loqzone. For Custom Orders, Sponsor grants Loqzone a non-exclusive licence to use and technically adapt supplied branding/materials to perform the Order, including necessary limited sublicences to the named Rights Holder and fulfilment vendors. This replaces Section 10's non-transferability restriction only to that extent.Active promotional use ends with the agreed term. Public recap, Sports Memory or historical campaign display after that term requires an expressly stated archival scope in the Order; it must not imply continuing sponsorship. Private records may be retained as lawfully necessary for accounting, legal compliance and disputes. No unrelated merchandise, resale, endorsement or other exploitation is authorized. The party executing sponsored content must apply legally required advertising/endorsement disclosures. Loqzone may require correction, pause or removal. Where the cause is Sponsor breach, apply Section 18.6 and disclosed cancellation rules; otherwise address affected undelivered value under Section 18.12. Section 5's removal discretion is not a right to keep payment for an undelivered Custom package without the applicable remedy.Purchase grants no entitlement to fan/participant personal data. Campaign sharing is limited to necessary operational information; supplier bank/tax documents and confidential supplier economics are not part of the shared checklist.18.15 Payment disputes and suspensionLoqzone may proportionately suspend affected delivery during a genuine payment dispute or where reasonably necessary for fraud, sanctions, rights or legal concerns. A good-faith complaint or chargeback is not itself proof of fraud.Suspension does not erase an Order or automatically forfeit amounts. Loqzone will notify Sponsor where lawful and practicable, address unaffected obligations and reconcile the outcome under this Section. Supplier recovery and payout adjustments are governed by the supplier agreement, not imposed on the Rights Holder by this Sponsor Agreement.18.16 Liability and claimsTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Loqzone is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or lost profits, revenue, business opportunities or anticipated commercial returns arising from a Custom Order. For ordinary contractual claims, Loqzone's aggregate liability arising from an affected Order, across all its items and claims and whether framed in contract or otherwise, is limited to the total amount actually paid by Sponsor to Loqzone under that Order, not merely Loqzone's retained 10%. Unrelated orders do not enlarge that cap.To the extent permitted by law, contractual refunds and damages for the affected Order count together toward this single aggregate limit. Amounts returned through refunds or chargebacks are credited against recovery of the same amount; there is no double recovery. This limit does not restrict a statutory repayment, restitution or other right that cannot lawfully be limited. A refund is not conditional on Loqzone recovering payment from its supplier.Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any other liability to the extent exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. The cap does not bind third parties who have not agreed to it or limit regulatory powers. This Section replaces Section 13 and inconsistent general Master Terms caps for Custom claims. Supplier repayment and indemnity obligations are governed separately. Sponsor's Section 14 indemnity applies only to the extent a claim is caused by Sponsor's breach, unlawful materials or conduct, not Loqzone's or a supplier's own fault; Loqzone must give prompt notice, permit reasonable participation in the defence and not agree a settlement imposing obligations on Sponsor without its consent.18.17 Renewal and automated draftsRenewal pre-fills a new proposal. Rights Holder availability, rights, exclusivity, event, dates and price must be reconfirmed; Sponsor must accept the new Order and applicable current terms/taxes before a new charge. Renewal does not amend the historical Order or authorize automatic recurring charges.AI-extracted or suggested package content remains a draft until approved by an authorized Rights Holder and, for nonstandard Loqzone commitments, Loqzone. AI output does not establish rights ownership, legal authority or a binding offer by itself.18.18 Governing terms, acceptance and survivalFor Custom Orders sold by LOQZONE d.o.o., Croatian law applies and disputes are subject to the competent courts in Zagreb, subject to mandatory law. For Custom Orders sold by Loqzone LLC, Wyoming law applies and disputes are subject to competent state courts in Wyoming or federal courts there where federal jurisdiction exists, subject to mandatory law. This replaces inconsistent general dispute provisions for Custom Orders; no Custom arbitration mechanism is created. For Custom transactions, the accepted Order controls transaction-specific scope, price and dates; this Section controls Custom legal rules; remaining Sections 1–17, the accepted Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks Policy and Master Terms apply in that order where consistent. An Order varies a liability or other legal rule only through an express written agreement identifying that variation and accepted by authorized Sponsor and Loqzone representatives. Mandatory law always prevails. This Agreement, the accepted Order, incorporated terms and agreed changes form the sponsorship contract, replacing Section 16 for Custom Orders. The supplier agreement is a separate contract and cannot remove Sponsor rights.Only an identified purchase/terms acceptance action constitutes assent under Section 17; ordinary checklist actions do not. Loqzone retains the accepted text, versions, accepting representative and timestamp. Later terms changes do not retrospectively amend an Order without valid agreement or a mandatory legal requirement.Accrued payment/refund rights, necessary licences/records, liability provisions and dispute terms survive completion, account closure or suspension to the extent needed to give them effect.
