We’re excited to announce our new Strength Building Program powered by Legendary Strength Company, crafted specifically for our baseball and softball pitchers heading into Summer and beyond. Starting February 16, our studio is open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 1:45 PM to 9:15 PM, with weekend sessions on Saturday and Sunday from 7 AM to 2:30 PM. This program brings elite-level strength training right here to Lake Forest, offering personalized support to help you build velocity, refine arm care, and design your pitches through expert instruction.
