District 21 Fast Pitch Softball Season on the Horizon in Petoskey
The Lab baseball & softball organization is located in Petoskey and operates training facilities known as “The Labs,” accessible to local baseball and softball teams for practice sessions in both Petoskey and nearby Indian River (tobymcfarland.com). While there have been no club-specific updates regarding The Lab, its presence supports the broader regional sports landscape. In Petoskey, District 21 is preparing a full schedule of fast pitch softball tournaments for summer 2026, including the Ed White Memorial beginning the weekend of June 19 and culminating in the Class B Men’s State Finals August 21–23, drawing teams from across the region and enhancing local softball engagement (d21softball.org).
