East Madison Little League welcomes players ages 4–14, building back softball on the east and north sides
East Madison Little League is a chartered, all‑volunteer program serving Madison’s north and east sides with youth baseball and softball opportunities dating back to 1958 [1][2]. The league welcomes players ages 4–14 and actively recruits local volunteers to keep game days running smoothly [2][1].Registration opens each spring, with practices ramping up in April, Opening Day in May, and a season that runs through the heart of summer [1]. After a dip in participation, the league is pushing to grow its softball program and bring more girls onto local diamonds [3]. Families can find sign‑ups, schedules, and updates on the league’s website and Facebook page [1][4].
