Keansburg Titans Open Season with Conference Win
The Keansburg Titans began their season under returning head coach John Bird with a notable 40‑21 victory over Freehold Boro. The win snapped a nine‑game losing streak against Shore Conference opponents and marked only the second such conference win in the past 18 games for the Titans. Senior tailback Milan Mraz paced the offense, delivering a career‑high 169 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 15 carries. The club looks to build momentum as it approaches its next matchup, aiming to leverage this early success in upcoming Shore Conference contests.
