RBA West keeps Henrico players sharp with year‑round training, home of the VA Seminoles
Henrico’s baseball crowd knows the routine: RBA West keeps bats hot and arms live inside its indoor facility, offering private lessons, cage rentals and group instruction for players across ages and skill levels [1]. The academy serves the Richmond area from its Henrico base, with location and hours listed on major directories and maps for easy planning [4][3].The program flies the “Home of the VA Seminoles” banner and pushes regular updates through its Facebook and X accounts, where families track announcements and scheduling notes [2][7]. Staff listings and contact details are published, including a Henrico mailing address at 3004 Impala Place, Unit B, Henrico, VA 23228, and a main line at (804) 264‑3648 for inquiries [8].Programming spans one‑on‑one instruction, batting practice, clinics and seasonal skills sessions, with booking available through the academy’s site [1]. Social posts highlight the indoor footprint at over 25,000 square feet, giving hitters and pitchers multiple cages and stations to work through their reps regardless of weather [5].For current hours and session availability, check the website and Facebook page before heading over [1][2].
