Regional Futsal Activity Ramps Up in Sogn og Fjordane
Buvik Futsal is part of a growing futsal scene in western Norway, where recent events have showcased increasing participation at the regional level. In early February 2026, over a weekend in Høyangerhallen, eleven clubs from across Sogn og Fjordane competed in 80 matches for qualification to the KM Futsal competition for age groups 13 to 19 years. The tournament’s volume of play and concentrated scheduling underscore the commitment to youth futsal in the region, in which Buvik Futsal is active. The region’s organised futsal calendar reflects a well-established structure aimed at fostering talent in local clubs like Buvik Futsal.
