Round Rock’s Dell Diamond Sets Pro Softball Attendance Record
Austin Banditos Baseball operates in the Round Rock/Austin region as part of the broader youth and regional baseball and softball ecosystem. Recently, Dell Diamond in Round Rock hosted a landmark Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL) matchup, drawing over 6,500 fans—the largest crowd in league history. This event underscores the growing appetite for high-level softball in the area, which could provide increased visibility and momentum for nearby organizations like Austin Banditos Baseball. The team and its community may benefit from heightened interest in the sport locally as attendance and support for softball events continue to rise in Central Texas.
