The Diamond Collective Advances Youth Baseball & Softball Development in Baltimore
The Diamond Collective continues expanding its impact in Baltimore through upgraded infrastructure and enhanced programming. Benefiting from a $400,000 2026 Maryland bond initiative, the indoor baseball training facility at 1205 S. Carey Street will see significant infrastructure improvements, including HVAC, roof, and electrical upgrades. These enhancements are expected to double daily youth participation from 75 to 150 and raise annual participants from 2,500 to 6,000. The club serves students from over 50 Baltimore schools, supports local Little League programs, and partners with LifeBridge Health and MedStar to provide physicals and health assessments. The Diamond Collective positions itself as a growing hub for baseball and softball youth development, linking sports with academic and health support.
