TVHS Baseball’s Season Concludes with CIF Tournament Setback
TVHS Baseball, representing Temecula Valley High School, concluded its postseason run with a significant loss in the CIF Southern Section Division 1 tournament. On May 12, 2026, the Golden Bears suffered a 0‑11 defeat to Huntington Beach High School, breaking a 13‑game winning streak that had bolstered the team through the spring season. The setback followed back‑to‑back victories, including a dominant shutout win over Linfield Christian (4‑0 on May 6) and a decisive non‑league triumph against Trabuco Hills (11‑0 on March 19). TVHS Baseball’s overall record and league standing remain strong, although the CIF outcome halts their momentum heading into the summer.
