Waltham Youth Baseball Highlights Inclusive All‑Girls Teams and Season Success
The Waltham Youth Baseball program continues to promote inclusivity and community engagement, with two all‑girls teams participating in the Rookie Division and earning attention for defeating all‑boys teams during the season (walthamtimes.org). Director Jeff Paladino delivered a positive report at a recent Waltham Parks‑Recreation Board meeting, citing affordability as a key strength—spring tee‑ball registration is priced at $75, with programs for ages 6 to 15 set at $125 (walthamtimes.org). The club attracted approximately 500 players during the spring season and an additional 175 in summer and fall sessions (walthamtimes.org).
