West Mifflin Softball Outlook Gains Momentum
3R Hitter’s Club, a West Mifflin-based indoor baseball and softball training facility offering private, group and team instruction, continues to operate by appointment, providing specialized coaching and state-of-the-art amenities such as enclosed batting cages, indoor fields, and velocity measurement tools (leaguelineup.com). In local sports developments, West Mifflin Area High School softball is proceeding with nearly its full roster returning for the 2026 season, positioning the program to remain competitive in what coach Erik Hilligsberg described as a “wide open” section (monvalleyindependent.com). The convergence of high-level facilities and a robust high school roster underscores a strengthening softball environment in the West Mifflin region.
