Youth Baseball and Softball Grant Initiative Supports Regional Programs
Prietos Power Alley is referenced within the regional youth baseball and softball landscape amid recent developments in Texas. Although specific coverage regarding the team remains limited, the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation and Globe Life recently awarded $125,000 in grants to 20 nonprofit youth baseball and softball programs across Texas and neighboring states to enhance community access and infrastructure (mlb.com). This initiative is expected to benefit clubs in the Carrollton area indirectly through broader development of grassroots baseball and softball programming. As such, Prietos Power Alley and similar organizations may see improved playing conditions or resources as a result of this multi‑county investment in youth sports.
