This Privacy Policy explains how Loqzone ("Loqzone", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data when you access or use the Loqzone platform, including all websites, applications, services, marketplaces, automation tools, AI features, and related functionality (collectively, the "Platform").By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Who We AreThe Platform is operated by Loqzone LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, United States. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR), Loqzone LLC is the default data controller for personal data processed to operate and secure the Platform, unless a different Loqzone entity is expressly identified as the controller for a particular service, relationship, or legal requirement.Where Loqzone independently determines the purposes and essential means of incorporating authorized sports-source data into the Loqzone Sports Graph, Sports Memory, public factual sporting content, or Loqzone-controlled discovery services, Loqzone may act as an independent controller for that processing. The controller, processor, joint-controller, or other data-protection role of any federation, league, governing body, competition organizer, club, sports-data provider, technology provider, or other source depends on the applicable agreement, processing context, and legal analysis.Where relevant, the applicable contracting entity is identified at the moment of acceptance or purchase (e.g., in the checkout or acceptance screen) and/or on the invoice/receipt.Loqzone acts as a data processor only where explicitly stated and where processing is performed on behalf of clubs, athletes, or sponsors under separate agreements.Privacy Contact: privacy@loqzone.comEU Contact: EU users may contact privacy@loqzone.com for privacy and data protection requests.
2. Personal Data We CollectWe collect personal data necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Platform and, where legally and contractually permitted, to maintain accurate factual sporting information.2.1 Data You Provide DirectlyDepending on how you use the Platform, this may include:
email address
display name or profile name
club, athlete, or sponsor information
content you submit (posts, descriptions, media)
communications with customer support
information required for account verification
Payment information (such as card or bank details) is provided directly to third-party payment providers and is not stored by Loqzone.2.2 Data Collected AutomaticallyWhen you use the Platform, we may collect:
device and browser information
IP address

interaction data (likes, follows, XP activity)
referral and attribution data

2.3 Authorized Sports-Source DataLoqzone may receive sporting and competition information from authorized third-party sports sources. These sources may include sports federations, leagues, governing bodies, competition organizers, clubs, sports associations, official sports-data systems, authorized technology providers, authorized data providers, and other legitimate official sports sources. This information may be received through APIs, data feeds, integrations, structured files, or other authorized methods. Some information may concern individuals who have never created a Loqzone account.Depending on the source, rights position, jurisdiction, and processing purpose, authorized sports-source data may include:
source or federation identifiers,
competition,
season,
club,
team,
match or event,
match date,
opponent,
score or result,
round,
standings,
aggregate team or season information,
official athlete or player identity where lawfully supplied,
verified goal attribution,
verified assist attribution,
other official sporting information where legally and contractually permitted,
source event IDs,
provenance,
verification status,
corrections,
version history.
Loqzone does not necessarily publicly display every field it receives. Receipt or availability of information through an API, feed, database, or integration does not by itself determine Loqzone's GDPR lawful basis, contractual right to use the information, right to publicly display it, right to index it, or right to use it for AI-generated content. Those decisions depend on applicable law, contractual rights, purpose, privacy classification, and Loqzone's internal controls.2.4 AI & Automation InputsWhen you use AI-assisted or automated features:
text or prompts you submit may be processed,
automated outputs may be generated,
inputs and outputs may be logged for system operation, quality, safety, and improvement.
Where the Platform provides source-linked content features, Loqzone may process source metadata (such as domain/source name), source links, headlines or headline-level references, and summary-generation inputs to generate and display Loqzone-original summaries.Where Loqzone uses AI systems to transform verified sporting facts into factual content, verified source information remains the factual source of truth and AI-generated prose is a presentation or rendering layer. AI systems should not invent unsupported sporting facts.Important limitations:
AI inputs are not used to identify individuals beyond Platform functionality.
AI inputs are not used to train general-purpose AI models outside the Loqzone Platform.
AI systems do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
For participants under 18, Loqzone's default policy is not to use AI to infer or generate assessments about ability, talent, future potential, personality, behavior, emotional state, health, injury, physical development, tactical quality, scouting assessment, ranking, player valuation, professional prospects, or other unsupported characteristics. AI or automated systems may calculate or express limited factual recent-performance summaries from verified event records, such as verified goal or assist totals across a limited number of recent official or verified matches. Such factual aggregation must not be transformed into a ranking, rating, scouting assessment, prediction, valuation, qualitative evaluation, or inference about a minor's ability, talent, development, future potential, or professional prospects.
2.5 Wallets and Blockchain-Related Data (Where Applicable)The Platform may support use of non-custodial wallets provided by independent third-party wallet providers. Users control their own wallets.Where blockchain-related features are enabled:
relevant transaction data (such as public wallet addresses and transaction identifiers) may be processed to support those features,
Loqzone does not store or have access to private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials,
Loqzone does not custody user funds or digital assets.
Secondary marketplace transactions, where available, may occur directly between users' wallets using technical infrastructure that may include smart contracts. Loqzone does not act as a counterparty to such transactions.
3. Data We Do Not CollectLoqzone does not:
store passwords (passwordless authentication is used),
store credit card or banking details,
custody user funds or digital assets,
collect private keys or wallet credentials,
sell personal data,
collect government identification documents (unless required by third-party payment providers).
4. How We Use Personal DataWe use personal data to:
operate and maintain the Platform,
create and manage user accounts,
enable content creation, discovery, and visibility mechanics,
support in-Platform visibility and engagement mechanics, including feeds, map shine, and similar Platform features,
facilitate primary marketplace and sponsorship transactions,
communicate with users,
prevent fraud, abuse, and manipulation,
comply with legal obligations.
Where legally and contractually permitted, Loqzone may also use authorized sports-source data to:
operate and maintain the Loqzone Sports Graph,
support factual reporting of official sporting competitions,
support sports discovery,
maintain accurate historical sporting records,
operate Sports Memory,
link verified sporting events to relevant competitions, seasons, clubs, and teams,
generate factual content based on verified official sources,
maintain provenance and source integrity,
correct sporting records,
prevent duplication or misattribution,
maintain historical competition information,
improve the accuracy and reliability of Loqzone's sports information infrastructure.
Loqzone's Sports Graph may structure verified sporting information around relationships such as federation or governing body, competition, season, club, team, match or event, and athlete or participant. Loqzone may use verified source information to create canonical sporting event objects, Sports Memory records, and factual content concerning official sporting competitions, subject to applicable law, contractual rights, privacy classification, and internal controls.XP is a non-monetary engagement signal and is not linked to any blockchain asset, cryptocurrency, or stablecoin.Loqzone does not use personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
5. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)For users and other individuals in the European Union, Loqzone processes personal data based on:
Contractual necessity — to provide Platform services,
Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, analytics, Platform improvement, and, where applicable, limited processing of official or verified sports competition information,
Legal obligations — compliance with applicable laws,
Consent — where required by law.
Where Loqzone relies on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for official or verified sports competition information, potential legitimate interests may include providing accurate factual information concerning organized sporting competitions, maintaining historical sporting records, supporting sports discovery, enabling users to follow official sporting competitions, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the Sports Graph, and maintaining provenance and verification of sporting information.Legitimate interests do not automatically apply to all sports data and do not automatically override the rights and freedoms of the individual. Source authorization, public availability, or technical access through an API, feed, database, or integration does not by itself create a GDPR lawful basis or a right to republish information. When assessing legitimate interests, Loqzone evaluates the purpose of the processing, necessity, proportionality, reasonable expectations where relevant, potential impact on the individual, available safeguards, and the rights and freedoms of the data subject. Heightened consideration is given where the data subject is a child. Our legitimate interests are balanced against users' and other individuals' rights and freedoms.Users and other individuals may object to processing based on legitimate interests.Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time.Where another lawful basis applies to a specific processing activity, Loqzone may rely on that lawful basis where appropriate.
6. Indirect Collection and Third-Party SourcesLoqzone may process personal information that it did not obtain directly from the individual. This may include authorized sports-source data received from sports federations, leagues, governing bodies, competition organizers, clubs, sports associations, official sports-data systems, authorized technology providers, authorized data providers, and other legitimate official sports sources.Depending on the source and context, the categories of information may include competition, season, club, team, match/event, match date, opponent, score/result, round, standings, aggregate team/season information, official athlete/player identity where lawfully supplied, verified goal or assist attribution, source identifiers, provenance, verification status, corrections, and version history. The purposes, lawful bases, potential public availability, categories of recipients, retention principles, and data-subject rights for such information are described in this Privacy Policy. Additional source-specific or jurisdiction-specific information may be provided where required or appropriate.
7. Publication, Visibility, and Search DiscoverabilityEligible sporting information may be publicly accessible through Loqzone where legally and contractually permitted. Loqzone does not treat all authorized sports-source data as automatically public.Loqzone may apply different visibility controls depending on factors including jurisdiction, participant age, data category, source rights, contractual permissions, privacy classification, applicable law, any relevant legitimate-interest assessment, and risk to the individual.Information may therefore be classified as:
internal only,
restricted,
publicly accessible,
publicly accessible but excluded from search-engine indexing where technically appropriate,
publicly accessible and indexable.
Where information is publicly accessible, it may be viewed by users or visitors and may be indexed or cached by third-party search engines or copied by independent third parties. Loqzone may not be able to completely remove information already cached, indexed, or copied by independent third parties where this is outside Loqzone's control.

11. Data RetentionLoqzone retains personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to legal, tax, fraud, security, dispute, verification, sporting-record, and audit retention needs.11.1 General Retention Approach
Account and profile data: retained while the account remains active. After account closure or deletion, account/profile data is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, subject to the retention exceptions below.
User-submitted content: may be deleted or anonymized on deletion request where feasible and appropriate.
Authorized sports-source data: may be retained where necessary for the relevant processing purpose, lawful basis, legal obligations, contractual requirements, legitimate historical or sporting-record purposes where applicable, data-subject rights, necessity, and applicable retention criteria.
Non-personal sporting/event information: historical sporting records that do not constitute personal data may be maintained as part of Sports Memory.
Some data may be anonymized rather than deleted where needed to preserve transaction integrity, audit trail, fraud prevention, moderation history, dispute handling, Platform security, provenance, source integrity, correction history, or sporting-record accuracy.
Account closure or deletion does not necessarily mean immediate deletion of every related record.
11.2 Records That May Be Retained LongerDepending on your use of the Platform or the processing context, certain records may be retained for longer periods where required by applicable law or where reasonably needed for legal, security, fraud, tax, accounting, verification, sporting-record, dispute, or audit purposes. These may include:
payment, invoice, tax, accounting, and chargeback records,
fraud, abuse, sanctions, and security records,
dispute, legal claim, enforcement, and audit records,
verification and rights-holder review records,
provenance, correction, and version-history records needed to maintain source integrity and accurate sporting records.
Where identifiable personal data is involved in Sports Memory or historical sporting records, retention remains subject to applicable data-protection law and the relevant lawful basis.11.3 BackupsDeleted data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited rolling retention period until overwritten in the ordinary backup cycle.Backup copies are not kept for active use and are not restored solely to recreate ordinary user access.11.4 Deletion RequestsDeletion requests are handled within a reasonable operational timeframe and may involve deletion, restriction, correction, or anonymization depending on the context. If certain data cannot be deleted immediately due to legal requirements, system-integrity needs, provenance, correction history, or justified sporting-record purposes, Loqzone may retain it for the required or justified period, subject to applicable law.
12. Data SecurityWe implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including:
encryption,
access controls,
monitoring and logging,
secure infrastructure providers.
No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to minimize risk.

access your personal data,
correct inaccurate data,
request deletion where applicable,
restrict processing,
object to processing based on legitimate interests,
request data portability.
These rights may apply to registered users and to individuals whose information appears through authorized sports-source data even if they do not have a Loqzone account.Individuals, parents or guardians where appropriate, and authorized representatives may contact Loqzone to report inaccurate sporting information, request correction, submit a privacy request, or exercise applicable data-protection rights.Requests may be submitted to: privacy@loqzone.comRequests are assessed under applicable law, the relevant lawful basis, the processing context, and any applicable verification requirements. Loqzone does not promise automatic deletion in every case.
16. Additional GDPR Rights (EU Users)EU users and other individuals covered by the GDPR also have the right to:
lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority,
withdraw consent at any time where consent is the legal basis.
Where Loqzone relies on legitimate interests, individuals may object to that processing, including where the information was received indirectly from an authorized sports source.
17. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)California residents have the right to:
know what personal data is collected,
request deletion,
opt out of data selling or sharing.
Loqzone does not sell or share personal data as defined under applicable California privacy laws.Requests may be submitted to: privacy@loqzone.com
18. Children's PrivacyThe Platform is not directed at children under 13.Under 13: Account creation is not permitted at launch.Ages 13 to 17: Minor accounts are limited to fan-only, non-commercial use.Loqzone may require parental or guardian consent for some users or jurisdictions where required by applicable law, and may use age information and reasonable operational checks to enforce age-based restrictions. These account and commercial-feature rules are separate from Loqzone's processing of limited factual information relating to participants in organized sporting competitions. A participant does not need to have a Loqzone account for Loqzone to process lawfully obtained sporting information about an official or verified event, subject to applicable law, contractual rights, privacy classification, and safeguards.Youth/minor competition information: For participants under 18, Loqzone may display the participant's name solely in the context of factual reporting of an official or verified sporting event where necessary to attribute a verified goal or assist. Loqzone does not create public individual profiles for minors from federation-sourced or other authorized sports data and does not publicly display dates of birth, standalone public individual statistical profiles, career dossiers, persistent season-by-season or career statistical histories, disciplinary histories, health information, scouting assessments, rankings, or AI-generated evaluations of minors under this policy.Where legally and contractually permitted, Loqzone may generate and publicly display limited factual sporting summaries derived solely from authorized and verified sporting event records. These may include objectively verifiable statements concerning a minor participant's recent verified goals or assists across a limited number of official or verified events, such as a factual statement that the participant has scored a stated number of verified goals across a stated number of recent verified matches.Such limited factual aggregation:
must remain connected to factual event, competition, team, or sports-news context;
must be derived solely from authorized and verified source records;
must not create or function as a standalone public individual minor profile, career dossier, or persistent statistical record;
must not include scouting assessments, rankings, ratings, valuations, predictions, or qualitative assessments of ability or potential;
must not infer unsupported information; and
remains subject to applicable law, contractual rights, privacy classification, jurisdiction-specific controls, and any relevant legitimate-interest assessment.
The public object remains the event, match, competition, team, or sporting context rather than a standalone dossier concerning the minor. For youth/minor competition information:
the primary public object is the sporting match/event, competition, or team history rather than a profile or dossier about the minor,
youth information must originate from an authorized and verified sports source,
Loqzone does not infer missing youth-player information from unrelated sources,
Loqzone applies data minimization to public youth information,
photographs and video of identifiable minors are outside this default permission and require a separately established lawful basis, rights position, and/or authorization as applicable,
additional restrictions may apply depending on jurisdiction, participant age, competition type, source rights, and applicable law.
This section does not mean Loqzone never processes information relating to minors, and it does not automatically allow every field received from a federation or other source to be published. If Loqzone learns that an under-13 account was created or that personal data was collected from a child in a way not permitted by applicable law (including without any required consent), Loqzone may disable the account and delete the data as required by applicable law.
