These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Loqzone platform, including all websites, applications, services, content feeds, maps, leaderboards, marketplaces, automation tools, AI features, sponsorship services, and related functionality (collectively, the "Platform").By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
1. Entity, Platform Operator, and Governing TermsThe Platform is operated by Loqzone LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, United States ("Loqzone", "we", "us", "our").Loqzone may also operate through LOQZONE d.o.o., a Croatian limited liability company, for certain EU/Croatia-facing services, invoices, or other flows where indicated.The contracting entity for a particular user interaction or transaction is the entity identified at the moment of acceptance, checkout, order confirmation, and/or on the invoice/receipt.If no different entity is identified for that interaction, the default contracting entity is Loqzone LLC.For company and legal notice details (including addresses and registration information), see Company & Legal Notices (Imprint).
2. Platform Role & Architecture (Non-Custodial)Loqzone is a technology and automation platform providing digital services for sports clubs, athletes, fans, and sponsors.2.1 Platform ArchitectureLoqzone operates a hybrid platform combining:
off-chain digital services (content, visibility, sponsorship services), and
blockchain interactions that may be enabled in certain features where and when made available.
Loqzone:
does not custody digital assets,
does not operate wallets,
does not execute or control blockchain transactions,
cannot access, recover, or control user wallets or private keys.
Where blockchain features are enabled, on-chain interactions occur directly between users' non-custodial wallets via smart contracts.Fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat conversion services, where available, are provided exclusively by independent third-party providers.Loqzone does not control exchange rates, pricing, or transaction execution.2.2 XP Is Non-Monetary (Platform-Only; Revocable)XP is a revocable, non-monetary, Platform-only visibility and engagement signal.XP does not represent money, currency, stored value, property, a financial instrument, a security, a virtual asset, or a payment method.XP may affect only in-Platform visibility or engagement mechanics made available by Loqzone (e.g., ranking, feed priority, map shine).XP does not create vested rights, ownership rights, payout rights, profit rights, or governance rights, and does not create any right to receive value from Loqzone or third parties.XP must not:
be purchased or sold,
be transferred between users,
be traded,
be withdrawn,
be redeemed for money, goods, services, discounts, or anything else of value,
be converted into fiat, crypto, tokens, credits, stablecoins, or off-Platform rights,
be used for betting, wagering, gambling, or prize-linked monetary outcomes,
be described as an investment or as having resale value.
Loqzone may grant, deduct, spend, adjust, limit, cap, reset, expire, revoke, or remove XP under Platform rules, and may modify XP rules and eligibility at its discretion, subject to applicable law and these Terms.
3. Digital Content, Digital Services, Performance, and Consumer Withdrawal3.1 Legal ClassificationDepending on the particular feature or offering, Loqzone products and services may constitute digital content, digital services, advertising or promotional services, or other electronically supplied services under applicable law.Descriptions used by the Platform or these Terms do not override the legal classification that applies under mandatory law.3.2 Beginning PerformanceUnless expressly stated otherwise, delivery or performance of a purchased feature may begin promptly after payment confirmation.Where mandatory consumer law requires a consumer to expressly request, consent to, or acknowledge the beginning of performance during a statutory withdrawal period, Loqzone will obtain the required request, consent, or acknowledgement through the applicable checkout, purchase, or acceptance flow.3.3 EU Consumer Withdrawal RightsWhere applicable EU or national consumer law provides a statutory withdrawal right, that right applies unless and until a legally valid exception or loss of that right occurs.For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, a consumer may lose the statutory withdrawal right after performance begins only where the conditions required by applicable law are satisfied, including any required prior express consent, acknowledgement of loss of the withdrawal right, and contractual confirmation.For service contracts, beginning performance does not by itself eliminate the statutory withdrawal right. Where applicable law permits, the withdrawal right may be lost after the service has been fully performed where the legally required prior express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.Where a consumer expressly requests that performance of a service begin during the withdrawal period and subsequently exercises a valid withdrawal right before full performance, the consumer may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided where permitted by applicable law.Nothing in these Terms waives or limits a mandatory statutory withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or conformity right.Where applicable law requires a specific online mechanism for exercising a withdrawal right, Loqzone will make that mechanism available in the relevant interface.
4. Merchant of Record & Platform Limitations4.1 Merchant of RecordFor primary sales of digital items, packs, and sponsorship services, the applicable Loqzone contracting entity identified in the relevant checkout, acceptance flow, order confirmation, and/or invoice/receipt acts as merchant of record and principal seller.Primary-sale digital services and items are Loqzone-created or Loqzone-provided digital services/items, which may incorporate licensed branding, content, identity, or promotional rights from clubs or athletes.Clubs and athletes are licensors and rights contributors in respect of those primary-sale offerings and are not the direct seller to the end customer in any primary sale.4.2 Loqzone Is NotLoqzone is not:
a bank, financial institution, or payment processor,
a custodian of fiat or digital assets,
an investment platform,
a gambling or wagering service,
a broker, exchange, or market maker,
a fiduciary or advisor.
Loqzone does not:
guarantee revenue, engagement, visibility, or outcomes,
provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice,
guarantee accuracy of AI-generated content.
5. Eligibility & Accounts5.1 Age Buckets (Launch)
Under 13: No account creation at launch. The Platform is not directed at children under 13.
Ages 13 to 17: May use the Platform as fan users only and may access only non-commercial fan features made available by the Platform.
Ages 18+: May access age-eligible features subject to these Terms, product rules, verification status, and role-based restrictions.
5.2 Minor Accounts Are Fan-Only and Non-CommercialUsers under 18 must not access payments, monetization, sponsorship tools, claim/verification tools, collectibles purchases, wallets, blockchain features, payout features, or other commerce-related tools.5.3 Parental/Guardian Consent; Age ChecksLoqzone may require parental or guardian consent for some users or jurisdictions where required by applicable law.Loqzone may request age information and may use age gating, feature gating, self-declared age, account review, and reasonable operational checks to enforce age-based restrictions.Loqzone may limit, suspend, refuse activation, or terminate accounts or feature access if age requirements or any required consent are not satisfied.Age-based restrictions may vary by jurisdiction and by feature.5.4 Account Rules
One account per verified email address.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
Loqzone may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms in accordance with Section 23 and applicable law.
Different features and obligations apply to different user categories.
7. Profile Status & Commercial Eligibility (Canonical)The Platform uses profile status states that determine publishing rights, BoostXP eligibility, leaderboard eligibility, and commercial eligibility.Status labels may include: Unclaimed, Claimed (Pending Verification), Verified, Restricted, and Suspended.7.1 Unclaimed ProfilesUnclaimed profiles are:
displayed for informational and discovery purposes,
may include Loqzone-managed factual, automated, AI-assisted, or source-linked informational content for discovery, indexing, and SEO purposes, and
are clearly marked as unofficial or unclaimed.
Any Loqzone-managed informational content displayed on an unclaimed profile does not make the profile official, verified, claimed, endorsed, or affiliated.Unclaimed profiles remain non-commercial until Verified.Unclaimed profiles cannot:
receive BoostXP,
appear on leaderboards,
publish owner-authored content,
receive paid boosts or paid visibility tied to that profile,
sell collectibles, items, packs, or other profile-linked digital assets,
activate or receive sponsorship services or sponsor placements tied to that profile,
receive revenue allocation, payout, royalty, or other commercial attribution,
receive commercial exposure.
If an unclaimed profile later becomes Verified, commercial eligibility begins only from verification forward, and no retroactive revenue allocation or commercial attribution applies to the pre-verification period.7.2 Claimed (Pending Verification) ProfilesClaimed (Pending Verification) profiles are profiles for which a user has submitted a claim request, but Loqzone has not verified proof-of-control.A claim submission does not create Verified status and does not grant public control, publishing rights, monetization rights, logo control, or commercial eligibility.Loqzone may require proof-of-control through approved methods before granting Verified status. Approved methods may include official-domain email confirmation, DNS record verification for an official domain, and/or written confirmation from a federation, league, governing body, or other trusted registry / official source.Loqzone may use automated tools to screen, triage, or prioritize claim reviews, and may require manual review (including where confidence is below a configured threshold or where evidence is conflicting).If multiple claimants or conflicting evidence exist, the profile may remain unverified or be temporarily restricted pending review.Loqzone may deny, suspend, revoke, or re-review verification where evidence is insufficient, misleading, outdated, or disputed.Claimed (Pending Verification) profiles cannot make public changes or publish content until the profile is Verified.Claimed (Pending Verification) profiles may have access only to limited, private claim and verification tools as made available in the Platform.Claimed (Pending Verification) profiles cannot:
receive BoostXP,
appear on leaderboards,
sell items or packs,
activate or receive sponsorship services,
receive commercial exposure.
7.3 Verified ProfilesVerified profiles are profiles for which Loqzone has verified control.Only Verified profiles may:
receive BoostXP,
appear on leaderboards,
participate in monetization mechanisms (including primary sales, sponsorship activation, and secondary royalties),
receive commercial exposure.
Where applicable, club/athlete monetization and payout features are also governed by the Club / Athlete Monetization & Payout Addendum accepted in connection with activation of those features.7.4 Claim Representations; LicensesWhen a user submits a claim for a club or athlete profile, the claimant represents and warrants that they are the rightful owner or an authorized representative.Any license grants to Loqzone for commercial or monetization-related uses that depend on profile eligibility apply only to the extent the profile is Verified, and only for the purpose of providing Platform services.False or unauthorized claims may result in suspension and liability.7.5 Logos; Trademarks; Brand Assets (Status-Gated)Factual profile references (including names and public information) do not, by themselves, create rights to use logos, trademarks, or other brand assets.Unclaimed profiles will be presented without logos at launch, including through text-only naming, neutral placeholders, or other non-logo presentation.Logo and brand-asset uploads, public display, or use on higher-risk surfaces (including collectibles, sponsor assets/placements, zone rendering, and social creatives) may be restricted and may depend on Verified status or other approved rights confirmation.Claim submission alone does not grant logo-control rights or public display rights.Loqzone may require additional proof or confirmation before allowing public logo display or brand-asset use.Loqzone may remove, disable, replace, or restrict brand assets where rights are disputed, unclear, revoked, or subject to rights-holder objection, and may take these actions for legal, policy, or operational reasons.7.6 Authorized Sports-Source Data; Factual Sports Content; MinorsLoqzone may receive sporting and competition information from authorized sports sources, including federations, leagues, governing bodies, competition organizers, clubs, sports organizations, official sports-data systems, authorized technology or data providers, and other legitimate official sports sources.Where legally and contractually permitted, Loqzone may use such Authorized Sports-Source Data to operate the Loqzone Sports Graph, Sports Memory, factual sporting content, discovery services, and historical sporting records.Public availability or technical accessibility of information does not itself create contractual, intellectual-property, database, privacy, publication, indexing, or AI-use rights.Processing of personal data contained in Authorized Sports-Source Data is governed by the Loqzone Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Federation & Sports Data Privacy Notice.For participants under 18, Loqzone's default public-use rule is deliberately narrow. Loqzone does not create public individual athlete or participant profiles for minors from Authorized Sports-Source Data.Where permitted by applicable law, contractual rights, privacy controls, and jurisdiction-specific rules, Loqzone may display a minor participant's name solely in the context of factual reporting of an official or verified sporting event where necessary to attribute:
a verified goal; or
a verified assist.
The public object is the event, match, competition, or team history rather than an individual dossier about the minor.Limited factual recent-performance summaries. Where legally and contractually permitted, Loqzone may generate and publicly display limited factual sporting summaries derived solely from Authorized Sports-Source Data relating to official or verified sporting events.Such summaries may include factual statements concerning a minor participant's recent verified goals or assists across a limited number of official or verified events, for example that a participant has scored a stated number of verified goals across a stated number of recent verified matches.Any such summary must:
be derived solely from authorized and verified sporting event records;
remain connected to factual event, competition, team, or sports-news context;
state only objectively verifiable sporting facts;
not create or function as a public individual minor profile or statistical dossier;
not contain scouting analysis, rankings, valuations, predictions, ratings, or qualitative assessments of ability or potential;
not infer facts that are absent from the authorized and verified source records; and
remain subject to applicable law, contractual rights, privacy controls, jurisdiction-specific rules, and any applicable legitimate-interest assessment.
Limited factual aggregation of verified event records does not change Loqzone's default rule that the public object is the event, competition, team, or sporting context rather than a standalone individual dossier concerning the minor.Under this default youth rule, Loqzone does not publicly display or create from Authorized Sports-Source Data:
date of birth;
unnecessary exact age;
standalone public individual statistical profiles, career dossiers, or persistent season-by-season or career statistical histories;
disciplinary histories;
health or injury information;
scouting assessments;
player rankings;
player valuations;
future-potential predictions;
personality or behavioral assessments;
contact information;
personal social-media information.
Photographs or video of identifiable minors are outside this default rule and require a separately established legal and rights basis as applicable.Jurisdiction-specific rules may impose stricter requirements.
8. Content & User-Generated ContentUsers retain ownership of content they submit.By submitting content, users grant Loqzone a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, distribute, adapt, and promote such content in connection with the Platform.Loqzone may remove or restrict content at any time for legal, policy, or platform integrity reasons.
9. AI-Generated Content & AutomationThe Platform may use automated systems and artificial intelligence to assist with:
content drafting,
summaries,
visuals,
recommendations,
automated publishing and promotion.
AI DISCLAIMERS
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
AI outputs are not guaranteed to be factual, complete, or current.
Users are solely responsible for reviewing and approving user-directed AI content that they choose to publish or use on their own behalf.
AI-assisted features:
do not constitute professional advice of any kind,
do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
All AI-assisted actions are used at the user's own risk.9.1 Verified Factual Sports RenderingWhere Loqzone uses AI or automated systems to transform Authorized Sports-Source Data into Loqzone-managed factual sporting content, the verified source information remains the factual source of truth.AI-generated prose, audio, summaries, or other presentation outputs are rendering or presentation layers and do not become independent factual sources.AI or automation must not introduce unsupported factual sporting claims.No verified source = no factual claim.AI or automated systems may calculate or express limited factual recent-performance summaries from verified event records, such as the number of verified goals or assists recorded across a limited number of recent official or verified matches. Such factual aggregation must not be transformed into a ranking, rating, scouting opinion, qualitative assessment, prediction, valuation, or inference concerning a minor's ability, talent, future potential, or professional prospects.Where verified source information is corrected, Loqzone may update corresponding factual outputs, Event objects, or Sports Memory records.For participants under 18, Loqzone's default policy is not to use AI to infer or create claims concerning:
ability;
talent;
future potential;
personality;
behavior;
emotional state;
health;
injury;
physical development;
tactical quality;
scouting value;
rankings;
player valuation;
professional prospects; or
other unsupported characteristics.
9.2 Source-Linked Content; Attribution; TakedownsThe Platform may display source-linked references to third-party content, including AI-assisted or automated headlines, links, and short summaries ("Source-Linked Content").Loqzone provides Source-Linked Content as a discovery and summary layer and does not republish full third-party articles.Loqzone may limit Source-Linked Content to approved public sources and may restrict, block, or stop using any source in its discretion, including for legal, policy, operational, or rights-holder reasons.Where Source-Linked Content relates to third-party public webpages, Loqzone's display is limited to:
the source name,
a clickable source link,
a headline or headline-level reference, and
a very short original summary written in Loqzone's own words.
The Platform may exclude or restrict paywalled content and may exclude forums, comment threads, and user-generated discussion boards.Users should refer to the original source via the source link for full context.If you are a rights holder or authorized representative and you believe Source-Linked Content should be reviewed or removed, you may contact Loqzone at legal@loqzone.com with sufficient information to identify the relevant content or source.Loqzone may remove or disable Source-Linked Content, and may block a source or domain, at any time.
10. Marketplace & Digital Items10.1 Primary Sales
Loqzone sells digital items, packs, and sponsorship placements as digital services.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
Platform fees and revenue sharing apply per Platform rules.
Loqzone does not provide wallets, balances, or custodial accounts.10.2 Secondary Marketplace (Non-Custodial; Where Available)Any secondary marketplace feature is user-to-user. Where enabled, secondary transactions occur directly between users' non-custodial wallets. Settlement may occur fully on-chain via smart contracts and public blockchain infrastructure.Loqzone provides interface, discovery, listing, and/or technical infrastructure only in connection with any secondary marketplace feature.Loqzone:
is not the merchant of record for secondary transactions,
is not a seller, buyer, broker, exchange, or counterparty to secondary transactions,
does not custody proceeds or assets in connection with secondary transactions,
does not control transaction execution or finality once transactions are handled via users' wallets or smart contracts,
does not guarantee resale value, liquidity, or execution,
may restrict Platform visibility, access, or listings for legal, policy, fraud, or integrity reasons.
10.3 No Value RepresentationDigital items:
are not investments,
may lose all perceived value,
have no guaranteed resale potential.
11. Sponsorships & Sponsor LiabilitySponsorships are digital advertising and promotional services.They are not:
donations,
investments,
securities,
revenue- or profit-sharing instruments.
Sponsors are solely responsible for:
the accuracy, legality, and substantiation of promotional claims and offers,
having necessary rights to submitted creative materials,
compliance with advertising and marketing laws,
compliance with financial promotion regulations where applicable.
Loqzone may review, approve, reject, pause, remove, disable, or restrict sponsor content or delivery at any time, and platform review does not shift sponsor responsibility to Loqzone.Loqzone does not guarantee reach, impressions, conversions, or revenue.Loqzone may remove sponsor content at its discretion.
12. Payments, Refunds, Chargebacks, and Fraud12.1 Final Sale (Except Where Required by Law)Except where required by law, digital services are final and non-refundable.12.2 Chargebacks, Disputes, and ReversalsIf a payment is reversed, disputed, or charged back, Loqzone may:
restrict or revoke access to associated digital services and items,
reverse or withhold revenue shares,
suspend or terminate accounts,
recover fraud-related losses and chargeback-related fees to the extent permitted by law.
13. Payouts & Compliance (Clubs / Athletes)Clubs and athletes must complete identity verification and tax documentation before receiving payouts.Loqzone may:
withhold payouts pending compliance review,
delay payouts during dispute investigations,
refuse payout to sanctioned or prohibited users,
reverse revenue allocations for fraud or abuse.
Users are responsible for tax compliance in their jurisdiction.
14. Taxes, VAT, and InvoicingDigital services may be subject to VAT, sales tax, or similar taxes.Reverse charge may apply where permitted.Invoices (where issued) may be provided electronically.Users remain responsible for their local tax obligations.
15. DMCA & IP Safe Harbor (Notice and Takedown)If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated agent:

Response SLA: We acknowledge complete DMCA notices within 2 business days.
A compliant notice should include:
identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed,
identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it is located,
your contact information,
a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized,
a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act,
your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notification: If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing the information required by applicable law.Repeat Infringers: Loqzone may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
16. Sanctions & Export ControlYou may not use the Platform if:
you are an individual or entity subject to U.S., EU, or other applicable sanctions,
you are located in an embargoed or comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction,
you are listed on OFAC or EU sanctions lists, or equivalent restricted party lists.
Loqzone may restrict access, suspend accounts, and refuse services where required for compliance.
17. Force MajeureLoqzone is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
blockchain network issues,
smart contract bugs or failures,
hosting provider outages,
regulatory changes,
acts of government,
natural disasters,
internet or telecommunications failures.
18. Marketplace Integrity & AbuseLoqzone may investigate and restrict activity involving:
XP manipulation,
wash trading,
artificial engagement,
abuse of visibility mechanics.
Loqzone may suspend accounts or delist items where reasonably necessary to address such activity, subject to Section 23 and applicable law.
19. Right to Remove or RestrictLoqzone may remove content, disable profiles, or restrict features for legal, technical, or integrity reasons.Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.Where applicable platform or intermediary-services law requires Loqzone to provide reasons, notice, or redress in connection with a content, account, profile, or feature restriction, Loqzone will provide such information or process as required by applicable law.
20. DisclaimersThe Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."All warranties are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.
21. Limitation of LiabilityNothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, guarantees, or statutory rights to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where applicable law prohibits limitation, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights and remedies.For users acting in a business or professional capacity, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Loqzone is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; and
Loqzone's aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Platform or these Terms will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the fees actually paid by that user to Loqzone during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
For consumer users, any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by the mandatory law applicable to that consumer.
22. IndemnificationThis Section applies only to users acting in a business or professional capacity and does not impose an indemnification obligation on consumer fan users where such obligation would be prohibited or unenforceable under applicable law.To the extent the relevant claim, loss, or liability is caused by that user's conduct, breach, unlawful content, infringement, promotion, fraud, or misuse, the user agrees to indemnify Loqzone from claims arising from:
your content or conduct,
intellectual property violations,
unlawful promotions or sponsorships,
misuse of AI tools,
violation of these Terms.
23. Suspension and TerminationLoqzone may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account, profile, feature, listing, or access to the Platform where reasonably necessary for reasons including:
material or repeated violation of these Terms;
fraud, manipulation, abuse, or artificial activity;
security or account-integrity concerns;
illegal activity;
intellectual-property, brand, or other rights disputes;
sanctions or legal-compliance requirements;
non-payment, payment reversal, or chargeback issues where applicable;
protection of users, rights holders, or Platform integrity;
legal, regulatory, or governmental requirements; or
discontinuation or material modification of a Platform service or feature.
Any suspension, restriction, or termination remains subject to applicable law.Where applicable law requires prior notice, reasons, an opportunity to remedy, or access to a complaint or redress mechanism, Loqzone will provide those protections.Loqzone may take immediate action where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, illegal activity, sanctions, rights violations, serious abuse, or other circumstances requiring urgent intervention.Users may stop using the Platform at any time.Termination does not limit any mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, refund, conformity, or other statutory consumer right.

Governing Law & Disputes24.1 US Users (Wyoming)These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws rules.Informal Dispute Resolution (30 days): Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact Loqzone at legal@loqzone.com and provide a written description of the dispute.The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.Binding Individual Arbitration: If the dispute is not resolved, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be resolved by binding individual arbitration.Class Action Waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.24.2 EU Consumer UsersNothing in these Terms deprives an EU consumer of protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or modified by agreement.Where applicable conflict-of-law rules protect a consumer based on the law of the country of their habitual residence, any choice of law in these Terms applies only to the extent that it does not deprive the consumer of those mandatory protections.EU consumers may bring claims in any court made available to them under applicable mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules.Nothing in these Terms requires an EU consumer to submit a dispute to arbitration where such a requirement would be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law.Where LOQZONE d.o.o. or another Loqzone entity is expressly identified as the contracting entity for a particular transaction, any additional governing-law or dispute provision expressly applicable to that transaction may apply, subject always to mandatory consumer law.
25. Changes to TermsLoqzone may update these Terms for valid reasons, including changes to applicable law or regulation, security requirements, Platform functionality, products or services, technical architecture, commercial structure, or legal and compliance requirements.Material or significant changes will be communicated to users in advance where required by applicable law.Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise.Continued use of the Platform after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.Changes to these Terms do not retroactively remove accrued rights or override mandatory consumer protections.Where applicable law requires affirmative consent to a contractual change, Loqzone will obtain that consent.
