HistóriaCanadian Gymnastics Community Gears Up Ahead of Regina’s Gymnaestrada 2026
The gymnastics community in British Columbia and across Canada is preparing for a major festival as Regina, Saskatchewan, is set to host the 2026 Canadian Gymnaestrada, taking place from June 30 to July 4. The non‑competitive event celebrates inclusive participation through creative group performances at venues such as the Brandt Centre, Mosaic Stadium, and Wascana Park (gymcan.org). Meanwhile, Gymnastics BC announced that the Delta Gymnastics Society will stage the 2026 BC Gymnaestrada at the Richmond Olympic Oval from May 1–3 under the theme “World in Motion,” emphasizing collective artistry and movement across generations (gymbc.org). These back‑to‑back provincial and national Gymnaestrada events represent significant opportunities for clubs like Dreams Gymnastics to engage in community-driven gymnastics initiatives and celebrate the sport’s creative breadth.
