HistóriaGelvan Eagles Tennis Club drives Northern Areas revival on Gelvandale courts
Rooted in Gelvandale in the Northern Areas of Gqeberha, the Gelvan Eagles Tennis Club is pushing to restore tennis locally and bring the Gelvandale courts back to life [1].Even without the biggest budget or membership roll, the Eagles’ players have turned in strong performances and rank among the better competitors in Nelson Mandela Bay [2]. The mission is clear: return the sport to its former prominence in the Northern Areas and keep local courts buzzing again [1].
