HistóriaMartial Arts Scene in Siheung: Regional Insights
Master Choi's T.K.D(최원용 태권도), a longstanding taekwondo school in Eunhaeng‑dong, Siheung, remains active at its location in Seonggwang Golden Villa, managing martial arts training since its establishment in 2013 with the most recent update in November 2025 (sori114.com). Though no new media coverage specifically on the club has surfaced, the broader martial arts sector in South Korea is seeing technological integration. For instance, a Seoul National University startup recently developed an 'AI marketer' aimed at streamlining operations for taekwondo schools, helping instructors focus more on training and less on administrative tasks (dbr.donga.com). This development may present relevant implications for Master Choi's T.K.D and similar institutions in Siheung.
