HistóriaSt. John’s Sea Stars anchor artistic swimming at Aquarena and MUN
The Sea Stars are St. John’s home base for artistic swimming, listed with both NL Artistic Swimming and the national federation [1][2]. The club’s footprint spans the Aquarena at 17 Westerland Rd. and sessions at Memorial University’s The Works, giving local athletes dependable water time in the city’s core [2][3].Day to day, the Sea Stars keep families in the loop through their social channels. Program updates and contacts are posted on Instagram and Facebook, including the club’s public email for inquiries, while the X feed tracks club news around training and events [4][5][3].With artistic swimming set to be staged in St. John’s as part of the Canada Games, the Sea Stars sit at the center of the local build‑up for the sport [6]. The discipline is also a fixture of Canada’s Olympic program, underscoring the pathway available to aspiring swimmers in the province [7].
