Where applicable law permits, the withdrawal right may be lost after the service has been fully performed where the legally required prior express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.Where a consumer expressly requests that performance of a service begin during the withdrawal period and subsequently exercises a valid withdrawal right before full performance, the consumer may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided where permitted by applicable law.Nothing in these Terms waives or limits a mandatory statutory withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or conformity right.Where applicable law requires a specific online mechanism for exercising a withdrawal right, Loqzone will make that mechanism available in the relevant interface.
