Baseball U PA grows NEPA talent with year-round training and travel teams
Baseball U PA operates as a Northeastern Pennsylvania travel program built around player development and competitive reps, running teams from 8U through 18U with year-round training out of Scranton [1][2].The club’s indoor setup supports instruction across hitting, pitching, fielding, speed and agility, plus game IQ—serving baseball and softball training needs alongside its travel calendar [2]. Founded in 2005 and previously known locally as Scranton Miners Baseball, the program’s roots run deep in the valley’s youth diamond scene [2].For players eyeing the next step, the pathway includes camps, showcases, and college-scouting opportunities that complement regular team play [1][2]. Day-to-day updates and program news flow through its active social feed [3].Competitive benchmarks are part of the résumé: Perfect Game records document a Baseball U PA 16U Scranton entry with a 5-1 mark in 2022 event listings, underscoring the program’s presence on the summer circuit [4].
