Dynamic Gymnastics Academy adds baseball trainer, builds out Mt. Royal program
Dynamic Gymnastics Academy has added baseball trainer Maison Gray to its instructional staff, a bump for a program that already covers pitching, catching, hitting and speed-and-agility work for local players [3][1][2]. The Mt. Royal complex brings gymnastics and indoor diamond training together in the same building at 5 Mantua Road, giving families a single spot for both skill work and cross-training [1].Beyond private lessons, the facility offers turf cage rentals and youth programming such as birthday parties and parents’ night out, with camps and tumbling also on the calendar [1][2]. For sign-ups and cage bookings, the academy lists staff@thedga.net as a contact for inquiries [2], and maintains an active social presence highlighting baseball/softball offerings alongside broader sports and agility training [4].
