East Greenbush Castleton Youth Baseball shifts to Cal Ripken Baseball affiliation for 2026
East Greenbush Castleton Youth Baseball will compete under the Cal Ripken Baseball banner this spring after the league announced a transition in affiliation on March 4, 2026 [1]. Cal Ripken Baseball operates as the youth division within the Babe Ruth League framework, with Babe Ruth Baseball covering the older age groups [2][3].The local program has posted 2026 game schedules and contacts as preparations ramp up for Opening Day, signaling a full slate ahead for families around town [4].A long-standing footprint for the sport remains visible locally, including a listing for “East Greenbush Babe Ruth League” at a town address [5].
