Instructional Clinics Highlight Local Baseball Training Scene
Perfect Swing by Luis Polonia continues to serve as a reference point in regional training and swing mechanics instruction. While no recent activity has been reported directly under the club’s banner, hitting clinics based on the “Perfect Swing by Luis Polonia” methodology remain accessible online, led by Luis Polonia, a former Major League Baseball player with extensive coaching experience (coachup.com). Meanwhile, college and high school baseball and softball in New York remain active, with local teams such as Onondaga and Jefferson splitting a doubleheader, and Potsdam edging out Norwood‑Norfolk in a high‑scoring contest (wwnytv.com). These developments reflect a broader commitment to youth and amateur baseball and softball growth in the region, complementing the “Perfect Swing” emphasis on skill refinement in hitting and swing technique.
