JOBL Concord opens Fall Ball 2026 registration, rooted in local diamonds since 1963
Registration for Fall Ball 2026 is live on the league site, with coed baseball offered for young players roughly ages 4–12 [1]. The program’s roots run deep, tracing back to 1963 and the old “Smokestack” fields near Cowell and Ygnacio, a reminder of how long the league has anchored youth ball in Concord [2].The home base today is the Concord JOBL Complex at Laura Alice Way and Nelson Avenue, a familiar spot for weekend practices, league games, and clinics [3]. The JOBL banner also shows up in tournament listings, including a “JOBL Concord 10s” entry in USSSA’s Northern circuit, reflecting active teams at the travel level [4].Run entirely by volunteers, JOBL identifies as part of the Cal Ripken Northern California program and shares snapshots of game days, skills work, and league milestones on its Instagram [5]. Families can also follow updates and community events on the league’s Facebook page [6].
