The Junior Optimist Baseball League (JOBL) in Concord continues to expand its community engagement. Recent filings show the league, which includes approximately 80‑85 teams and serves around 1,000 young athletes, has once again partnered with Tesoro to host the Northern California Softball Special Olympics as a season‑ending event (causeiq.com).
