Marine City Federation Baseball, represented by the Marine City Mariners, continued to draw attention following their deep postseason run in 2025. The club, competing under the broader banner of Marine City baseball, secured its first-ever Regional championship, advancing to the Division 3 Finals after an 8‑5 semifinal victory over Olivet on June 12, 2025 (mhsaa.com). Although the Mariners’ subsequent bid for the state title concluded with a 5‑4 loss to Traverse City St. Francis four days later, the performance marked a milestone in the team’s history and underscored the program’s growing regional presence (maxpreps.com).
